Prepared under the National Fire Code — Alberta Edition 2023.
- Evacuation Signs — Custom-designed evacuation signage for elevator lobbies and stairwells. Produced from architectural drawings and verified on site. Brushed aluminum ($115 each), stairwell floor ID signs ($55 each), site signage (custom quoted). Code-compliant under the Alberta Building Code and Alberta Fire Code.

## Key Compliance Information
The National Fire Code — Alberta Edition 2023 (NFC(AE)) requires building owners to:
- Maintain a current Fire Safety Plan on site at all times
- Review the Fire Safety Plan annually
- Keep a Life Safety Records binder on site with 5+ years of maintenance records
- Notify the fire department (311 in Calgary) if the fire alarm is out of service for more than 2 hours
- Ensure all fire safety equipment deficiencies are corrected immediately
- Maximum fines for non-compliance: $100,000 first offence, $500,000 repeat offence (Safety Codes Act s.68)
