Fahrenheit 451 Fire & Security is proud to be the only authorized Kantech Managed Access Dealer in Western Canada. Utilizing Kantech Global Software and internet links to our clients sites, we are able to offer a high degree of security and flexibility.
Our system has been built to ensure the highest degree of reliability. The problem with most card access installations is that the data is never backed up. Our system is connected to our clients’ systems through an internet connection so that all data is constantly kept on our servers. These servers are backed up with redundant servers and the data is backed up off site as well. That means the data will never be lost. No expensive rebuilding of site software.
In the case of our legacy (older) sites, we are connected via telephone line and modem. Our system calls the site at least every 24 hours to retrieve the sites’ date. Again it is backed up on our redundant servers and off-site ensuring the highest level of data safety.
Further our clients can gain access to their data through our secure web connection using Kantech Web Station software. Here they can manage cards, open & close doors, run reports, and more.
