Fahrenheit 451 has been serving our loyal customer base since 2003, with some of the most qualified technicians in the industry. The majority of our technicians have over twenty years industry experience and provide unrivalled customer service and technical expertise.
Fahrenheit 451 was originally rooted within the fire and burglar alarm industry but has since grown into expanding new fields including card access systems and IP Video (Anywhere Video).
In 2010, Fahrenheit 451 underwent a significant branding change in a desire to update its look and recommit to its core vision. Today we serve a larger number of clients than ever before and look forward to offering our customers exciting new products and ever-improving service in the future.

Biography of Randy Brown, President Fahrenheit 451
Randy Brown, the president and founder of Fahrenheit 451, has been active in the Fire Alarm Industry since 1980. He owned and operated his own fire alarm company, Code Red Fire Services for 10 years before selling to Grinnell Fire Protection in 2000. Randy has served a variety of roles within the Fire Alarm industry serving on over a dozen committees and associations. Randy is the Past-President of the Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA), Alberta Chapter and the current President of the Alberta Fire Safety Association (AFSA). He is an active member of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Accredited Condominium Managers Association (ACMA) in Calgary. He is also a member of the Alberta Fire Safety Officials Association (AFSOA).
He is a past Board Member of the Calgary Apartment Association (CAA) and chaired the Codes & Regulations Committee as well as being CAA’s representative on BOMA’s Codes & Regulations Committee. Randy is a retired member of the Fire Technical Council of Alberta and is involved with code review on a regular basis and also helped develop the Upgrading Guideline for Apartment Buildings built prior to 1974. Today Randy & his wife Mary own and operate Fahrenheit 451. Randy is an avid family man who enjoys spending his spare time with his son and daughter.
